How the Brain Hemispheres Work
Welcome online!
Today’s material will be even more exciting, but let’s not get ahead of ourselves like that! It’ll be a fun game, aren’t you curious too? 🙂
Open your workbook at Step VIII, that is, the exercises on pages 20–21!
Today’s material:
I. Review:
In previous lessons we talked about how there is no such thing as a “good student” and a “bad student” — there is only a STUDENT! Whoever studies will succeed — that’s the student, because they work on their tasks. Whoever doesn’t study doesn’t reach their goals, because they don’t put in the right amount of work!
Some of you wrote that you couldn’t find a word or two in the crossword! It was a creative solution that the second puzzle hid the answers to the first, and vice versa. You can see it here!

II. Our new material
How the brain hemispheres work
1. I ask you to watch the short video below for exercises 1 and 2 on page 20! If you’re brave, try to solve exercise 1 before watching the video; if you’re unsure, watch the video above for the solution instead!
2. In the next short video I explain exercise 4, tasks 1 and 2, on page 21!
It’s really funny, watch it, then write down what you observed for exercise 5.
Don’t have the Playful Stepping Stones workbook? As an exception, you can now download the relevant exercises.
If you’re very interested in this topic, you can read more about it HERE!
I wish you fun playing and learning!
